PRICES AND PRODUCT LINE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.  DUE TO THE INTENDED USAGE OF OUR PRODUCTS, THEY ARE SOLD WITH A LIMITED THIRTY (30) DAY WARRANTY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER.  MOST OF OUR PARTS ARE NOT LEGAL IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA ON POLLUTION CONTROLLED MOTOR VEHICLES.  THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AND CERTAIN STATES HAVE VARIOUS LAWS THAT MAY PROHIBIT THE REMOVAL AND/OR MODIFICATION OF ANY PART OF THE EMISSIONS SYSTEMS ON STREET DRIVEN VEHICLES.

POLICIES

PAYMENT POLICY - All orders to the general public must be prepaid.  We accept money orders, certified funds and major credit cards, however, all out-of-country and/or overseas purchases must be prepaid by certified funds/cashier check only. 

CREDIT CARD POLICY - We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  Credit card orders will only be shipped to the billing address of the credit card.

SPECIAL ORDERS - All orders for custom made products require a 50% deposit.  Accufab will make every attempt to order and expedite delivery of items manufactured by others, and is to be held blameless where those manufacturers fail to meet agreed upon deadlines.

FREIGHT AND SHIPPING - COD & Drop Shipping is not available to the general public.  All orders will be sent FedEx.

RETURNED GOODS -  All returns must have prior permission and a 20% restocking fee will be applied.  All returned goods must be received in brand new condition.  Any returns must be made before the product has been used.  Custom orders are not returnable, unless the customer ordered by written purchase order and the components do not match the specifications on that order. 

GROUP PURCHASES -  Accufab does not approve of group purchases.

WARRANTY - All Accufab merchandise has a limited warranty for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to the original purchaser.  All Accufab merchandise is warranted to be free from any defects in materials and workmanship.  It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect all merchandise carefully before use.    Credit, repair or replacement of goods is predicated upon Accufab's inspection of the merchandise in question. 

DISCLAIMER - Accufab products are intended for high performance use, and as such, are not legal in the state of California (and many other states) on pollution controlled motor vehicles driven on public streets or highways.  The federal government and certain states have various laws that may prohibit the removal and/or modification of any part of the emissions systems on street driven vehicles.  The purchaser assumes all responsibilities and liabilities as to how and where the product is used.  In addition, Accufab will not assume any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any damages to any part of the engine or vehicle, caused by the use of Accufab products.  Accufab cannot control how these products are used, or under what conditions they are used, or what applications they are used for, and therefore, will not be held responsible or liable in any way, shape or form, for any damages, monetary or otherwise, that could conceivably be caused by the products use.  

OTHER - Accufab reserves the right to change design, materials and specifications or to make product changes without incurring liability or obligation with respect to similar products manufactured.
