More Power for Your Power Stroke Diesel...

If you're like many Ford truck owners, you appreciate the performance of your 6.0L Power Stroke Turbo Diesel engine.  Of course, it never hurts to add more power, especially if you're towing an overloaded trailer.

We have developed new elbows for the 2003 - 2007 6.0L Power Stroke Turbo Diesel engines.  Originally developed and tested on our own F-350 Super Duty, the Accufab Elbow made an immediate difference.  The elbow may fit other 6.0L applications as well:

Independent dyno tests, conducted by Jim D'Amore of JDM Engineering, showed a 9hp advantage over stock with no other changes and an equal increase in torque.  The reduction in back pressure alone will increase the life of the turbo.

Accufab Performance Elbow Installation Instructions   IMPORTANT NOTE: These instructions, courtesy of truckblog.com, are very complete, HOWEVER, the torque specs called out for to bolt the Accufab 6.0 Elbow to the intake base are incorrect.  The bolts should be tightened to no more than 10 to 12 ft. lbs., not the 23 ft. lbs. listed in the instructions.
